-Smutty/Sexy stuff: Ask me first. Nudity is a *thing* in Kill la Kill, but it's never all that sexualized in its original context. It goes part and parcel with the plot.
-Shippy Stuff: Only if your character can handle this Manic Pixie Dream Girl. Gender doesn't matter to her.
-Fighting: Yes and no. It's complicated. Details Below--
Clothing and Nudity are weird things in Kill la Kill. With the right outfit, even a tiny dork like Mako can be a force to contend with in a fight...and Mako certainly has the right outfit.
She is in possession of a Two-Star Goku Uniform, as described above in the link, and her's is specially tailored for her temporary role as the Fight Club President. It's quite impressive, even on her.
With it, Mako has access to a multitude of melee weapons ranging from brass knuckles to morning stars, including a spiked baseball bat that can be used as a rocket launcher when the situation calls for it. She also has enhanced strength and speed, able to match that of both the shonen protagonist and the elite fighters in the series. When used at full strength, the force of her punches leaves a massive crater in the very ground around her.
It's mentioned in canon that this Uniform has a disproportionate amount of combat strength in comparison with the user....and, it's fortunate for everyone that Mako rarely has the opportunity or sees fit to use it properly.
...very fortunate.
